You need just tree steps to install and setup The Cells:

1- extract the InstallTheCells.zip

2- if you already installed the Java Runtime Environment (JRE 6.0 or later) and the 
   javaw is in your PATH, then start the installation wizard with start.cmd

3- please read the license agreement carefully and choose a directory to install The Cells,
   the installation wizard will install the Cells in the selected directory.

4- the installation directory should be contain following files und subdirectory:

	- original (dir)
	- TheCells.jar
	- TheCells.cmd
	- TheCells.sh
	- TheCells.properties
	- TheBeans.properties

5- for starting The Cells use TheCells.cmd or TheCells.sh under Unix/Linux


Attention:

The Cells needs javac for compiling the files, your system path must contain the location of javac.
